I took a picture too late to show how good it is, this is because it was so good that I dived straight in. I’ve put a picture of my finished plate, there’s not a scrap on it, it was so good!! So that’s the food. The team who work here are amazing too, they are friendly and efficient without being overbearing or in your face. They strike the balance of friendly, helpful and engaging perfectly. There was not a member of the team that I encountered that wasn’t friendly and helpful. Sebastian took care of us and was brilliant (handsome to boot, he told me to say that! 😂). A really brilliant place to end a day in the mountains.

Best meal I have had in a long time. As a vegetarian I often find going out for dinner a challenge. Most restaurants do cater for vegetarians, but there will be a token tomato pasta or lentil curry. This gets boring very quickly on holiday. Admittedly there was only one option for me on the menu (beetroot risotto) but it was amazing. So good we are going back again! Also, the butter that came with the bread was delicious and the service was excellent.

Completely exceeded expectations - not the usual industrialised, overpriced ski restaurant. The menu is creative, the food served with flair, and the prices moderate (by St Anton standards). The highlight was the hospitality though: the team was welcoming, attentive and took time to make you feel at home. Even at 12:30 on a Saturday it was possible to get a table without delay.

Very poor service from one of the waiters (Sebastian?) who asked me and my 4year old daughter to move from the sofa, to accommodate a group of 7 people. My daughter was extremely tired after 4 hrs of ski school and was falling asleep. The waiter asked rudely if she was going to sleep "in a restaurant" and told us we needed to move. I was going to move but since he became very hostile seeing the toddler, I refused. I told him he can sit 4 people at our table and there were 4 empty seats at the next table and there was no reason we should have to leave. We have just as much right to be there as a group of 7. The waiter started shouting at me saying I was disrespectful. He didn't ask anybody else to move, like 2 people sitting at a 6-people table. He targeted a tired toddler and his exhausted mum - how very brave! Then he came back and ordered me to pay for my drinks and that he refused to serve me any more. Fine. Within a couple of minutes he had 4 people joining my table and two 6-people tables emptying. He could have waited 2 minutes instead of throwing us out. Poor poor service. I had people coming to me and telling me he behaved awfully. As I am writing this, I have 2 parties of people sitting with me - a couple and 3-people family. Why couldn't he have left me alone instead of being rude?

EDIT: I came to the restaurant this afternoon with a skiing instructor and a group of 6 fellow skiers, we sat at the table, the same waiter came and when he saw me he started insulting me in front of the group saying: I recognise you, congratulations and thank you for your review, you are a liar and you can speak to my manager if you want. Yesterday we were talking about you and everybody were laughing at you. Go on, speak to him, he will laugh at you. You are a liar. And so on...

Great customer service! What a joke.

I spoke to the manager, who tried to be conciliary but that is not enough.

Well, I didn't come here with my family and friends to spend thousand of euros to be insulted like this. And I will never come back to this place. Well...

Great place with good food, we ate at the place a couple of times during our stay at Haus st. Anton.

Good recommendations for food: Schnitzel, goat cheese salad, short beef ribs, the fish & the Crème Brûlée. They also have vegetarian dishes

Wine is chilled and the selection is very great & the place is very committed to their wine lists and wants to serve the best for your dish, so feel free to ask the staff especially Gabriel for any recommendations of wine for you dish.

Staff is very friendly and engages with the customers on a very friendly and pleasant way, we had a few chats about the place, the wines etc.

Restaurant is a bit far away from the city center, but it is worth the walk.

Pricing is fair for the quality of the food, but is also a tiny bit on the expensive side, however it is still well priced with the quality. Portions is in my opinion just...

I ordered the Pumpkin Soup and the Red Beet Risotto and some caramel ice cream and an espresso for desert. The soup was almost all cream and bland. The pumpkin was overpowered by the cream and the flavors ginger, coconut and lemongrass were undetectable. I felt bloated after but I was still hungry after a day of skiing. The beet risotto was hardly edible. The risotto was overcooked and mushy and, again the dish was drowned in cream. It was like a bowl of pink melted cheese. My daughter had the same dish at another restaurant (seemed to be on everyone's menu in town) and she said it was much better at the other restaurant. The caramel ice cream was delicious and the espresso was the best I...
