Erlebnispark Familienland Pillersee — Attraction in Sankt Jakob in Haus

If you want to keep your children safe, do not visit this park. My son and I had an unfortunate accident going down one of the slides. My son was thrown off at high speed and his head impacted the metal edge of the slide. This resulted in a deep wound on his head of several centimeters. I sustained several leg injuries. We both had to go immediately to the nearest hospital, as the park does not have a first aid facility. My son had to stay in the hospital until the next day for observation due to the severe head concussion he had suffered. We didn't do anything reckless, we just went down the slide in a completely normal way. The park facilities are understaffed, there are several attractions that are controlled by only one person at a time. And on others like these slides, there was no one in charge. There were also no safety instructions anywhere. The next day, I went back to the park to complain. They did not take what happened seriously, even showing the report they gave to my son at the hospital. I received no apology, on the contrary, I was told that it was quite normal for children to suffer injuries on the slides. When I asked for a refund of the tickets (since we could only stay 40 minutes in the park before running to the hospital), they were only willing to partially refund me the price of the ticket, reluctantly and grumbling. Familienland Amusement Park is a fantastic destination for families, offering a wide variety of rides and attractions in a beautiful natural setting. Netter Park für eher kleinere Kinder aber verbesserungswürdig. Im direkten Vergleich mit deutschen Freizeitparks wie z. B. Movie Park, Kettler Hof, Phantasialand oder Europapark ist dieser Park eher von der kompakten Sorte. In der Regel bedient der Park eher kleinere Kinder und Jugendliche bis max 14 Jahre. Darüber hinaus hat der Park nicht viel zu bieten. Zwar fahren viele Erwachsene mit ihren Kindern auch Achterbahn, Wasserbahn und Co, allerdings muss man sich bei dem Angebot auch ernsthaft fragen was die ältere Generation sonst machen soll. Die Achterbahn vibriert zudem sehr stark im Gegensatz zu dem was man aus anderen Parks gewohnt ist. Für Kinder ist der Park aber schon ein Erlebnis. Besonders schön sind die Rutschen und die Indoorspielplätze gemacht. Die Wasserbahn mag nicht die beste sein aber hat auch uns Erwachsenen Spaß gemacht. Der Wasserspielplatz ist sehr schön angelegt und die kleine Bimmelbahn eine schöne Abwechslung. Alle Fahrgeschäfte sind schnell erreichbar da sie recht dicht beieinander stehen. Wartezeiten völlig im Rahmen. Der Park wirkt gepflegt und nicht vermüllt. Die sanitären Anlagen waren sauber. Einzig ein Urinal hat beim Spülen etwas Wasser in meine Richtung gespritzt. Das sollte überprüft werden (ganz links). Ein ganz klares Plus bekommt das Essen und das Personal. Alles was wir bestellt haben schmeckte richtig gut, geringe Wartezeiten und Top-Personal! Hier können einige Freizeitparks nachbessern!

Es gibt aber von mir auch Kritikpunkte. So finde ich die abgeranzten Sitzmögichkeiten im Indoorbereich grauenhaft. Auch den Toten Ficus könnte man mal entfernen. Als Sicherheitsproblem sehr ich die unzähligen Schuhe die die Gäste einfach im Eingang der Indoorspielplätze liegen lassen. Im Falle eines Brandes lebensgefährlich. Schilder oder Kontrollen (Personal) fehlen hier. An unserem Besuchstag war auch eine Schülergruppe dort und sorgte im Trampolnbereich für ordentlich Wirbel. So wurden einige Regeln missachtet. Aufgepasst hat auch hier kein Personal. Was am Wasserspielplatz dringend entfernt werden sollte ist der Oleander. Diese Pflanze ist in allen Teilen hochgiftig und hat auf einem Spielplatz nichts zu suchen!!! Bitte weg damit!
