The stadium is so one of a kind because of the amazing fans. Really amazing. Restrooms and restaurants are with long Qs during half time so would rather go there before match. You cannot pay in cash anywhere but there is a fan card which you can get and fill on the spot and doesn't cost extra money. If you buy a beer There is 2 euros extra u would get back when you return the cup. Prices are kinda high compared to normal Viennese cafes and bars so one Beer costs 4,30 euro plus two euros. I would advice coming one hour before the kick in because it might get really crowded right before the match. Hotdog for 5 EUR with the pork sausage was cold already while served (stand nearby the 8-14 zone entry gate). Wasted money. Out of These organizational troubles the atmosphere at the stadium was just great. People were supporting the home team even if the performance was not sufficient to grab 3 points. And because of it small size you can enjoy a game from any sector. A big disadvantage is the payment for food and drinks - cash and cards are not accepted. You have to find a clerk and take a Ventopay card from them, load money on it and only then pay.
