Spring 2022: More is open now and we were able to visit more areas of the Gardens. There is also food and drink available!
Spring 2021: An absolutely magical place. I can highly recommend this place in the Springtime when all the gorgeous tulips are out in full bloom around the grand garden. It is so absolutely lovely to see. There's also a large magnolia tree that blossoms a beautiful pink!
We didn't receive the full experience, as we went during lockdown on a stroll through the gardens. So we missed out on the palm house and the other areas that are generally open but were closed due to restrictions due to covid-19. We will go back for sure to visit what we missed.

For families, the park offers several playgrounds equipped with swings, slides, and other attractions that children absolutely love. There are also countless benches throughout the grounds, perfect for resting and simply enjoying the calm of nature remarkably, all within the heart of the city.

Blumengärten Hirschstetten is like walking through a living postcard. 🌸 From lavender fields to Indian and Mexican gardens, every section feels like a different country. The summer flowers were absolutely stunning—colors everywhere!
The Palmenhaus was my favorite—tropical plants, turtles, birds, and a little waterfall. Super peaceful! And the mini-zoo is adorable, with goats, owls, and even rare turtles.
Perfect spot for families, couples, or anyone who loves nature. The playgrounds and fun sculptures make it great for kids, too.
Easy to reach by tram or bus, and it’s way less crowded than the big touristy spots. You can easily spend 2–3 hours here just wandering, relaxing, and taking photos.
Totally recommend for a chill afternoon...
