FUN 4 KIDS — Attraction in Vienna

It's a big place with amazing games for the kids. However, I noticed a lack of proper hygiene in the games. I understand that being such a large place it is difficult to keep the place completely clean at all times. The other negative point that I can give you is, and perhaps for some it will be silly, it is the way in which they announce the closing time. I understand that they want people to leave the place as quickly as possible, but suddenly turning off the lights and playing very very very loud music is not the right way to do it. On our visit this caused confusion and panic for many children including my daughter. Several children were crying because the sound was very loud and combined with partial darkness, it scared them. Total lack of tact about it. Although you can find parking spaces, many places are not paved, so it can be a disaster on rainy or snowy days. Fun 4 Kids, stimmt wirklich, aber nicht für die Eltern.

Nirgendwo auf der Webseite steht, dass man nur Bar zahlen kann. Die sehr unfreundliche Frau (blond, älter und mit einer Brille) sagte, die Firma ist nicht verpflichtet, eine Kartenzahlung zu ermöglichen und ich hätte besser vorbereitet kommen können. Ich bin mit meinen 4 Kindern und ein Freund meines Sohnes gekommen und wir mussten wieder ins Auto steigen und zum Bankomat fahren. Hat die Mitarbeiterin irgendein Entgegenkommen angeboten (zB ein Krugerl Saft)? Sicher nicht.

Die Preise sind ein Scherz, billige Margherita für €9.50, Pommes für 4,50 und mit dem ganzen Geld, die sie täglich abzocken wird nichts im Haus investiert. Die Herrentoiletten sind furchtbar. Vor 4 Monaten hat jemanden sich beschwert und es sieht genauso aus, alles kaputt und gebrochen.

Zum Glück war eine sehr nette türkische Frau, die uns wirklich lieb bedient hat. Sie war so nett zu den Kindern und hat wirklich mitgedacht. Die ungute Frau braucht von ihr eine Schulung!!!

Also - für die Kinder wirklich toll. Aber für die Eltern extrem überteuert, unhygienische, unsichere Toiletten und die Leiterin ist extrem ungut, unprofessionell und braucht dringend eine Einschulung in Umgang mit Kunden.

Fun 4 Kids, it's really true, but not for the parents.

Nowhere on the website does it say that you can only pay in cash. The very unfriendly woman (blonde, older, and with glasses) said that the company is not obligated to offer card payment, and I should have come better prepared. I came with my four kids and a friend of my son, and we had to get back in the car and drive to the ATM. Did the employee offer any gesture of goodwill (e.g., a mug of juice)? Certainly not.

The prices are a joke: cheap Margherita for €9.50, fries for €4.50, and with all the money they rip off daily, nothing is invested back into the building. The men's restrooms are terrible. Four months ago, someone complained, and it looks exactly the same, everything is broken and busted.

Luckily, there was a very nice Turkish woman who served us with real kindness. She was so nice to the kids and was very thoughtful. The unpleasant woman needs training from her!

So—for the kids, it's really great. But for the parents, it's extremely overpriced, unhygienic, has unsafe restrooms, and the manager is extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and desperately needs training in...
