Dorfbahn Rosnerköpfl — Attraction in Werfenweng

Fantastic! Our summer pass from the hotel provided free access for 7 days. How wonderful to go up in the morning and then come back for the evening. The sunsets over the mountains are wonderful.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. One gentleman in particular helped us our first morning and in the evening, was very nice and friendly to help guide us on exchanging the hotel vouchers for tram passes.

An Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten. An der Kasse standen wir knapp 10min an, da die Kassiererin mit der Abwicklung einer großen Gruppe beschäftigt (überfordert?!)war, ansonsten war aber wenig los. Beim Kauf der Karte sehr grob der Hinweis, „um Punkt 16 Uhr ist Schluss“ (wir hatten kurz nach 15 Uhr, der Hinweis Ansicht richtig und wichtig, da man sonst runter laufen muss/darf. Der Versuch der Situation die Härte zu nehmen mit“ wir waren sehr geduldig beim warten hier, da kann es beim Runterfahren ja nicht um eine Minute gehen“ wurde entschieden eine Abfuhr erteilt. Beim einsteigen in die Gondel das nächste mal sehr unfreundlich „angeraunzt“ worden, für uns nicht nachvollziehbar… In unserem zweiwöchigen Urlaub das erste „lowlight“. Passt irgendwie nicht zum Spruch auf jeder Gondel: „Werfenweng Alle Zeit der Welt“
