Bahrain Aquarium — Attraction in Capital Governorate

It was a beautiful visit. What made it special was meeting our guide, Najat, who took us on a behind-the-scenes tour. We learned how the aquarium operates and the efforts of the staff behind the scenes — from preparing the food and caring for the fish to running the fish nursery. They also answered the children’s questions and explained that the water used is regular water with special salt added for the fish to ensure it’s not contaminated.

The mall has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, I was aiming to finally try diving. The tank looked cool and clean, and the prices are what you expect

Saddly, the lady on the front disk was so rude and condescending, even time I asked her a question, she gave me a tone of annoyance like I took important time form her busy life (the place was empty with the exception of people watching the fishs) in the end she told me that she was the trainer and that killed it for me

The aquarium at Dilmunia was truly fascinating, with a wide variety of marine life to explore. The highlight for me was the massive circular tank where you can see the coral and fish up close, it feels almost like you’re inside the ocean itself!

That said, I feel it could be even better if there were more interactive activities for visitors, especially for kids and families. Perhaps future expansions or added experiences would make it more engaging and memorable.
