My daughter suffered a severe injury at this trampoline park due to unsafe conditions. While playing, she twisted her ankle and fell face first onto an uncovered plastic connector ( photo attached below) something that should have been properly padded. This resulted in stitches between her eyes and a broken leg.
What’s worse, the staff failed to take immediate action or even contact me, her parent. The consent form had been signed by a teenager not an adult the staff never insisted on proper parental consent. Instead of alerting me, I only found out because another parent at the park called me, urgently requesting I come and provide medical assistance for my own child.
Adding to the irresponsibility, they attempted to charge my daughters card for 332 BD instead of the correct 33 BD. Thankfully, the transaction was declined by the bank, but this error shows just how unqualified and careless the staff are.
After the incident, I never received a follow up call from them to check on my daughter’s condition. Their lack of safety measures is unacceptable.
Parents, please think twice before taking your children here. No family should have to go through what we...
Read moreI used to take my kid to this place until one time recently i had an issue about not letting parents inside with their kid, while she's only 4.5 years old kids joy is when their parents get along with them not when they are playing by themselves, so i was told it's not allowed to go inside with my daughter and i had to pay extra to go in which does not make sense at all, there's is an Egyptian manager there that has an attitude towards clinets and have no clue about management, so i had to pick my daughter out from the trampolines which made her really upset because we wanted to leave, yet he saw the kid crying and he didn't even bother or apologise about, i mean u can allow once but you could tell me next time it's not allowed i would understand but just ignoring that you lost a client and it didn't bother you losing a client is a whole other management level for such silly reason, or maybe because now schools started they wanna make more money out of the people, the place is great the staff are great but the manager is so ignorant to his...
