Cinépolis Cinemas, Amwaj Islands — Attraction in Muharraq Island

worst experience ever !! screen was damaged i will upload the photos the air conditioner was not cooling the smell as soon as you enter near the cashier area all the way till inside is horrible in the middle of the movie i went outside to grab a quick snack as there was no option to order while you are inside the theater the cashier made me wait 10 minutes for him to cook the mozorela sticks i told him i will miss the movie is running !! he said im the only one here you have to wait and so many so many negative points i called the manager and took her inside the theater and explaied to her everything she took my number and said the GM would call and he didnt .. this is the worst cinema experience in my whole life first and last time cineplex !!! i paid 25 BD for the tickets and 20 BD extra for snacks and drinks chocolate etc .. and i swear its not worth...

Trying to book my favourite seat for the final match I was told by the staff that all seats are booked in the Arabic language match only first row is available therfore I had to switch to the English ones and also I was told that all rows are booked but I can have seats in row maximum and no higher row are available.. I was forced to buy the tickets as the match already started, went to the screening and i notice that seats at higher rows are available and after 90 minutes I went to use the toilet and back and still seates are almost empty... Finish the match and complain and I was promised that someone will contact me back unfortunately no body did. Any way for me I am waiting for MG cinema in dyar almuharraq to open so I can...
