Horrible management, horrendous service.
I'll start with the check in. We checked in at around 3:30pm on 10th June. We were not offered any welcome drink. Sad. The lobby is not air conditioned. Very uncomfortable. About the room: I stayed in 7112. It had a horrific drain gas smell. It was a room for 3 but they provided 1 shower gel, 1 shampoo, 1 comb. There are 5 wings in each floor. But 2 small lifts for guests. Every time we went out, had to wait so long for the lift. Not enough tubes or pool towels for swimming. Mismanagement all over the place. I called the house keeping twice for shampoo, shower gel and air fresheners. Kept saying, "We're sending" but it never came. Had to complain at the front desk in the next morning. Their breakfast menu has variation, taste is average, but again, they had capacity issues. We had to wait for a very long time to get a table. People were fighting over tables. Some even ate standing. Checking out: their check out time is at 11. Because of the check out rush, my brother had to wait 30 minutes for the lift. Unlike other 5 star hotels, we had to carry our luggage, baggage, everything on our own. So hectic. Shuttle to airport: our flight to dhaka was at 5:10pm. So we took the shuttle at 2:30pm. But, they delayed to start for a guest who went to 'ocean kitchen' for lunch. And started at 2:40pm. We requested their shuttle driver to drop the airport passengers first but they prioritized those callous guests who delayed. Because of excessive traffic, we reached at airport at 4:35pm. We were almost denied for check in by Biman Bangladesh Airlines because of their policy to arrive 45 minutes prior to flight, but a family friend from Bangladesh Air Force saved us this time.
My stay at Sea Pearl felt like nothing but a scam which cost 30k for one night. Mismanagement, lack of manpower, capacity issues all over the place. When you run a hotel of 500 rooms, you must have adequate staff members to serve the guests. The only good thing about their hotel is that it’s very photogenic. Other than...

Read more✔️✔️✔️ Highly recommended ✔️✔️✔️ Sea Pearl Water Park is an awesome amusement park created by Sea Pearl Hotel management for their guests and outsiders also. Sea Peal Water Park just located beside Royel Tulip Hotel.
It has varieties of game tools run by water and also the authority planted one of the biggest water treatment projects to save and reuse water for measurement. The water park is decorated very well. It has two dry ride and all other water ride/sliders.
The sliders are available for both kids and adult visitors. The dry ride includes Nagordola and Moving Sampan. There is another place for kids name Rain dance. For Adult there are two thrilling rides. Good for thrill seekers. Not everyone can take their 'extreme' level ride at the top. Even the bravest get a little nervous with that capsule. They have limitations for all of their 'moderate' level water rides where they don’t allow single but two person to take the ride. So if you are alone you have to look for someone single to be able to eligible for those rides.
