Mymensingh City Corporation has set up Zainul Udyan inside the park adjacent to the Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin Museum on the banks of the old Brahmaputra in Mymensingh.

The city corporation has reserved the area around one kilometer of the main park as 'Zainul Udyan'. In addition to the pictures of Bengal floating on the chest of Brahmaputra in the park, there are various fountains including mini fountain, mini zoo, cradle, train, magic boat for entertaining people of different ages including children and teenagers. Outside the park you can go for a walk, a wheelbarrow, a horse-drawn carriage.

The mini zoo has different species of animals including bears, monkeys, hedgehogs, rabbits, peacocks, ostriches, cormorants, crocodiles, deer, pythons, snakes, pigeons and bucks. Tickets for the mini zoo cost BDT 30 . If you want to ride the rides, you have to buy a ticket for BDT 30 to 50 .

There are rows of colorful and colorful sailing boats at multiple wharves throughout the park area. Tourists can float in the Brahmaputra river by fixing these rents. There is also a seating area wrapped in Brahmaputra river facing tiles, prayer hall, Baishakhi Mancha, language soldier Mostafa Matin library and various facilities including toilets.

Inside and outside there are numerous hotpot, fuska and tea-coffee shops. Inside the park, there are various recreational opportunities for children and teenagers, including free cradling. Many hawkers have set up stalls selling various products including children's toys.

The river Brahmaputra flows past Mymensingh, the ancient city of history and heritage. Originally, the Brahmaputra river divided Mymensingh into two parts. Mymensingh city on one side of the Brahmaputra. Char and village on the other side. However, modern cities are now being built on the other side of the Brahmaputra in the style of the Western world. The activities of Mymensingh Divisional Headquarters have also started in that char.

At one time the name of this place adjacent to Kachijhuli Saheb Quarters was Umed Ali Park. The residences of the English masters working in the Mymensingh Collectorate were next to this natural park on the banks of the Brahmaputra during the British rule. Since then, the area has become known as Saheb Quarters. From Zero Point in Mymensingh city, along the Brahmaputra river, about three kilometers to the west, the road passes through the circuit house field at Kachijhuli junction. Among them, Umed Ali Park is considered to be about two kilometers from Kachari Ferry Ghat to Kachijhuli's Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin Museum on the banks of Brahmaputra.

Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin has painted innumerable pictures in Mymensingh, including sailing boats on the banks of the Brahmaputra, the merits of the sailors, the livelihood of the people of Char, waiting for the river crossing. The Zainul Museum or Zainul Museum with all the rare works of art of Shilpacharya is located on the banks of the Brahmaputra. The Zainul Museum has been modernized and numerous rare works of art and paintings of Shilpacharya have been kept.

Recently, the city corporation has banned all types of traffic including motorcycles inside Zainul Udyan. As a result, the visitors are getting relief. Surveillance on round-the-clock closed circuit cameras continues for the safety of visitors. In addition, members of the law enforcement force are monitoring the entire park area in uniform and civil attire. It is not allowed to stay in the park area after evening for...

This is a great place in Mymensingh City to spend some time with anyone or special someone. Especially sitting on the river bank to see the beauty of the river and the boat and to feel the peace that comes along the river you will find the real peace. If you sit there, you can eat also. You will get here fuchka, ice cream and much more to eat. There is also a cafe inside the park, you can eat there also if you want. But I really love Fuchka so much so I talked about it first. And you will find a lot of places to take pictures in this park, especially now the Heart Shape Decor in front of Himu Adda Restaurant in this park has become one of the most known place for everyone to take pictures. Oh! by the way you can also have good foods in this Himu Adda Restaurant when you come to visit this park(Their food quality is good ). And if you are a ice lover person please have the Ice Gola of the Indian Ice Gola shop! 🍦 You will just love this from this shop... There are also rides and swings for the kids. There is also a mini zoo for children inside the park! There are many animals to see in this mini zoo! There are even better rides in the mini zoo for the kids! So children's will love this zoo. There is another place of peace on the other side of the river, the Iskcon temple.A place of great peace...❤️ Actually if you come to Mymensingh must come to this park and spend some time...

Established in 1975, it contains the collections of the artist Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin (1914–1976). The art gallery was established in Mymensingh as this is where the artist spent his early days. Abedin, a pioneer of the country's modern art movement, created works of art on subject matters such as the Bengal famine of 1943 and the peoples' independence.[2] The museum is located in the area of Shaheeb Quarter Park on the bank of the Old Bramaputra River. Each year in December, the gallery authority organizes an anniversary programme that includes a discussion on the life and work of Zainul, as well as a painting competition.[3] While the art gallery does not issue publications, Bangladesh National Museum, which has a collection of 800 Abedin paintings, has issued posters and cards on behalf of the artist. Shilpacharya Zainul Abedin Sangrahashala is a branch of the national museum.[4]
