I recently had the opportunity to visit the Shaheed A.H.M. Kamaruzzaman Central Park & Zoo and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. This park and zoo is a true gem in theess bustling city, offering a tranquil and educational escape for people of all ages.
The first thing that struck me upon entering the park was the well-maintained and lush greenery. The park is spread over a vast area and is filled with beautiful trees, flowers, and shrubs. It was a refreshing change from the concrete jungle of the city. The pathways are well-paved and easy to navigate, making it accessible for everyone.
The zoo is home to a diverse range of animals, from exotic birds to majestic tigers. I was amazed at how well-cared for and happy the animals seemed. The enclosures were spacious and looked natural, mimicking their natural habitat. It was heartwarming to see the efforts put in by the zookeepers to ensure the animals' well-being.
One of the highlights of the park was the butterfly garden. It was a delight to see so many colorful butterflies fluttering around, and I even got the chance to hold one on my finger. The park also has a lake where visitors can rent paddleboats and enjoy a relaxing ride while taking in the scenic beauty.
Apart from the zoo and park, there are also different activities and events organized regularly to educate and entertain visitors. During my visit, I attended a talk on wildlife conservation, which was informative and eye-opening. It is great to see the park taking an active role in spreading awareness about the importance of preserving our planet's biodiversity.
The park also has a small food court offering a variety of snacks and refreshments. I tried some local delicacies and was not disappointed. The prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the Shaheed A.H.M. Kamaruzzaman Central Park & Zoo. It offers a perfect balance of education, recreation, and relaxation. I highly recommend this park and zoo to anyone looking for a peaceful and educational day out with family and friends. It is a must-visit for tourists and locals alike. I will definitely be...
