One of the best recreation spaces in the beautiful tropical paradise island of Barbados, this boardwalk is excellent for your peaceful relaxing stroll to clear your head or a nice romantic walk with a loved one at sunset. Or a brisk walk or jog in the evening or early morning, along the boardwalk are plenty opportunities to refresh with a nice juice or drink; a delightful meal (read:dinner). Be sure to check the weather forecast before setting out, never walk alone after dark and keep an eye out on your surroundings. The boardwalk is a public space so don't do anything to be a nuisance to others, keep music personal with headphones and keep pets leashed at all times, besure to pickup their droppings also and don't litter, whatever you drop there, ends up in the ocean threatening marine life. Please don't do that, if you see a nesting sea turtle call the Turtle project hotline: +1246230-0142 and report the sighting, whether adult or hatchling. There's also a. Free water station available for public use, you should use a cup or bottle to capture for personal usage close to the handstand area, just above...

There is always people exercising from as early as 5.30 or when daylight...

There was some building work going on towards the end of the boardwalk when we visited, but they have displayed a lot of amazing local artwork along the area where the building is going on, so it doesn't detract from the experience in...
