The beach was 35 min drive on taxi from the pier. The water colors are wonderful but that’s it. If you will go as sardine in mini bus- car with other 10 people you will pay for 2 - 20 dollars. Back we took normal taxi and payed 25 dollars in total. About the beach - nice view but very rough sea, I could not swim there at all, big waves. For 2 lounge chairs and umbrella you will pay 15 dollars but: 1) be careful from whom you will take those, women pointed us to wrong men who tried to take advantage of us and asked 30 dollars and as turned out they did not even worked there 2) the loungers and a umbrella in a very poor state and dirty 3) I did not feel safe at this beach at all - behind us were many groups (gangs) of local young men drinking and looking at all people who were in the beach. If your staying in private accommodation definitely the best choice. Amazing beach for swimming, snorkelling and sunbathing. The water is turquoise and clean and the sand is white. Chairs and umbrella available to rent at the beach for a reasonable price. There's a car park and many places to eat around so literally you can spend the day at Rockley beach.
