Visiting this Catholic church was a serene and enriching experience. The climb to reach it is not very challenging, but once you arrive and see the courtyard on a sunny day, an immense peace and quiet envelops you entirely. There are three ways to get there, and on one of the paths, you'll find a charming flower garden along with the old St. Martin's gate—the only remnant of the previous church that burned down.
Inside, the church isn't overly opulent, but I was captivated by the colors cast by the stained glass windows onto the floor as the sun shone through. However, I was disappointed to see cars parked right in front of the entrance before the service. I believe people should make a bit of effort and choose a different nearby parking, as there are other possibilities. During my visit, the place was very quiet and I was the only visitor wich was great. I had the chance to tour the place on my own, look at the beautiful church and benefit from the amaizing views you get at the top !
My favorite part was the stairs leading to the monument, wich are very pretty and kinda spooky !
