Not a castle experience if that’s what you’re looking for. You pay to enter the gardens of a supposedly former castle, which is closed to the public and in very bad conditions. You pay €15 per adult and €8 per kid just to walk around the gardens, which is not any different to free public parks. But you’re not told this until you pay and get inside to experience the disappointment. Not worth it at all. My family and I were there during the autumn celebration, which is extremely overrated in social media for the pumpkins. I really felt it as a scam, even more because I let myself be influenced by so many people who claim in social media that this is a must visit. This is my very first negative review of a touristic place, and I feel the duty to let people know that it makes no sense to pay and visit this...
Read moreIts a pleasant experience, we had a wonderful time there, took us 3 h. There is a small bar on that territory , you can get basic food like sandwiches, hot and soft drinks, also beer and wine, I bough also icecream. There is a playground for kids, plenty of banches where we sat down for a drink. Some people had a picnic on the grass. There are orchid shops, we got a few for a good price. The only disappointment and disadvantage of this place is that adult ticket is quite expensive 15 euro, I think 12 would be maximum that would be ok to pay, but for this large price the toilet should have been for free, yet we had to Pay 50 cent per person. One more thing - since it is an exhibition of different and rare kinds of tulips, some have QR codes, you can immediately...
Read moreWe visited the weekend before the autumn break (October 26), so we anticipated it would be busier than usual. However, we didn’t expect it to be this crowded—finding parking was impossible, and we ended up having to walk about 6-7 minutes to reach the venue. The atmosphere was nice, but we couldn’t enjoy everything as we spent a lot of time waiting in lines for food, the pumpkin patch, and other activities. The place was extremely crowded, making it challenging to navigate with a stroller, especially since the path was muddy from rain the night before. Many of the pumpkins were already rotten, though we did find a few in decent shape. Overall, it was a fun experience for the kids, but I’d recommend visiting on a weekday instead of a weekend for a less...
