Worst experience ever! 🚨👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 This place is a joke! If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute disaster. Why even open a restaurant if you treat your customers like trash? Disrespectful, unreachable, and completely unprofessional. They never answer their phone, you can’t track your order, and the estimated delivery time is pure fiction. We ordered at 6:00 PM, and after three hours of waiting, we still had nothing. My husband even went to their location to check if they actually exist! Unbelievable. This is not the worst part! When he arrived there they told him that they hadn’t even prepared our order!!!!!! And instead of apologizing or informing us earlier, they claimed that all orders are “automatically accepted.” If that were true, they could have easily called us to let us know instead of leaving us hanging for hours. Shame on you!
Do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand—we just picked a nearby spot at random, and that was a huge mistake. Avoid at all...

The service is awful, food is always late. When I ordered yesterday at 18.00, the food arrived at 20.35, more than 2 hours of waiting, I ordered something warm and it was ice cold. They called me to say it would be 1 hour of wait.. this was a lie..
Portion sizes used to be way bigger. Now they are so small they don’t fill you up anymore. Big eye sushi roll used to be nice and big, now it is super small rolls. The chicken and rice bowl used to be full of chicken, now it’s only a bit at the top and only rice inside - does not fill up and is not worth the price anymore!!

Premier problème : les California saumon, fromage frais, avocat. Je cherche encore le fromage frais, pourtant indiqué en deuxième ingrédient. Je vous joins les photos, faites-moi signe si vous le trouvez.
Deuxième problème : il manque la moitié du plateau “18 pièces”. Et l’autre moitié est erronée. J’ai reçu 6 makis saumon à la place des 6 makis crevette avocat, ainsi qu’un nigiri saumon et un nigiri thon au lieu des 2 nigiris saumon annoncés. Bilan : sur un plateau censé contenir 18 pièces, j’ai reçu 8 pièces, toutes incorrectes, et 10 pièces manquantes.
Après avoir contacté le restaurant, la personne au téléphone va faire livrer les produits manquants. Sauf qu’une fois livrés… arrive le troisième problème : les 2 sashimis saumon et les 8 California saumon avocat censés compléter la commande ont été remplacés par 6 pièces d’un produit que je ne connais même pas. Résultat final : 6 pièces erronées et 2 pièces toujours manquantes.
Je ne pensais pas que c’était possible de faire autant d’erreurs sur une simple commande, mais aujourd’hui on m’a prouvé le contraire.
