Worst experience ever! đšđđŒđđŒđđŒđđŒđđŒ This place is a joke! If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute disaster. Why even open a restaurant if you treat your customers like trash? Disrespectful, unreachable, and completely unprofessional. They never answer their phone, you canât track your order, and the estimated delivery time is pure fiction. We ordered at 6:00 PM, and after three hours of waiting, we still had nothing. My husband even went to their location to check if they actually exist! Unbelievable. This is not the worst part! When he arrived there they told him that they hadnât even prepared our order!!!!!! And instead of apologizing or informing us earlier, they claimed that all orders are âautomatically accepted.â If that were true, they could have easily called us to let us know instead of leaving us hanging for hours. Shame on you!

The service is awful, food is always late. When I ordered yesterday at 18.00, the food arrived at 20.35, more than 2 hours of waiting, I ordered something warm and it was ice cold. They called me to say it would be 1 hour of wait.. this was a lie..
Portion sizes used to be way bigger. Now they are so small they donât fill you up anymore. Big eye sushi roll used to be nice and big, now it is super small rolls. The chicken and rice bowl used to be full of chicken, now itâs only a bit at the top and only rice inside - does not fill up and is not worth the price anymore!!

Jâai reçu 6 makis saumon Ă la place des 6 makis crevette avocat, ainsi quâun nigiri saumon et un nigiri thon au lieu des 2 nigiris saumon annoncĂ©s. Bilan : sur un plateau censĂ© contenir 18 piĂšces, jâai reçu 8 piĂšces, toutes incorrectes, et 10 piĂšces manquantes.
AprĂšs avoir contactĂ© le restaurant, la personne au tĂ©lĂ©phone va faire livrer les produits manquants. Sauf quâune fois livrĂ©s⊠arrive le troisiĂšme problĂšme : les 2 sashimis saumon et les 8 California saumon avocat censĂ©s complĂ©ter la commande ont Ă©tĂ© remplacĂ©s par 6 piĂšces dâun produit que je ne connais mĂȘme pas. RĂ©sultat final : 6 piĂšces erronĂ©es et 2 piĂšces toujours manquantes.
Je ne pensais pas que câĂ©tait possible de faire autant dâerreurs sur une simple commande, mais aujourdâhui on mâa prouvĂ© le contraire.
