Went bowling the day befote this review was posted. At least, we wanted to. We tried to make a reservation online and paid online aswell. The payment went through and we went that same evening to go bowling.

Then, when we arrived and told the front desk that we had a reservation, they told us there was no reservation and we couldn't bowl because there was no "person of responsibility" present to start up the bowling alley. It took alot of hassle and very limited English to eventually come to an agreement where there would be a reservation pinned for the day after with a new payment beforehand.

When we arrived this morning, we spoke to the front desk again with different people there (Note, there were 3 people at the desk both days) and went upstairs to the bowling alley. We explained the situation to the people at the alley and they were surprised at the situation and told us that at the time we wanted to bowl the day before that there indeed were "persons of responsibility present" and that people casually bowled that evening. Quite disappointing to hear.

After bowling, we went to the customer service to get our money back, which went smooth and fast unlike anything I saw there. Then we went to get something to drink and eat at the terrace. We got no straws or drinking glasses, there were no coasters at the table and apparently no receipts were being printed so the staff didn't even bring or put the food on the counter we ordered that we ordered.

Only when we notified we didn't have our food yet -- only then -- did we get our food. Our muffin and donut didn't even get a plate, just a tissue.

Honestly, very disappointing experience for a place that looks neatly organized and designed well. Most (90%) staff is inexperienced, uninformed and are kind of stiff when it comes to customer service.

Sadly I won't be returning here, because the place...

Awesome adventure park!

There are enough activities for both children and adults. The main focus are tree climbing or rock climbing, if you're not into that you might not appreciate the park. Both tree and rock climbing are physically intense and you might need 2 days to enjoy both. Doing them in one day is possible but your muscles will hate you the next day...

One of the best activity is the Fast Tag, definitely give it a go as it turns puzzles and speed tagging into a competition with a ladder displayed for all. It is incredibly fun to do inside and it is included in the Adventure Pass.

There are three "premium" activities that can only be done with the Fly Pass: the Free Fall, Big Jump, and the Zipline. There are adrenaline-oriented as you'll go through in a matter of minutes. Do note there is a zipline track in the tree climbing section.

Food and beverage are ok both in pricing and quality (15€/burger with fries). Just don't expect fine dining quality, it's not the primary focus of the park.

TLDR : great outdoor activities, physically intense, best with two days. Bring good quality sport shoes and climbing gloves to...

I'm writing this (April 2025) because we nearly decided to skip this place due to some terrible reviews on Google / TripAdvisor. Bottom line- it was absolutely brilliant. Perfect for a young family. We were here for a full day - kids aged 12, 10 and 4, and lucky for us the the sun decided to show up. There were no queues whatsoever on any of the rides. Ok, perhaps 1 or 2 of the staff here weren't overly friendly (like some other reviews are suggesting) but tbh, 95% of staff here were extremely kind and helpful. If I had one suggestion to the venue it would be to open the zip line for longer (it is only open for 2 hours). Otherwise, everything was on point. Also note, there's stuff here for toddlers but these attractions are naturally separate to the main features. And regarding the price, yes, it is slightly pricey at circa €50 a head... But imo, worth every cent. You get a full day here where you cannot complete every attraction, even if you try! In conclusion, the kids absolutely loved it and its also great fun for us adults. Definitely a place we recommend for anyone...

Even though I really believe that Adventure Valley is a genius concept that is not really seen in Belgium, I have a few remarks about it that are not acceptable: First of all, the food and drinks are way overpriced. And the food is honestly disgusting. 8,5€ for a very simple hamburger and 5€ for a Duvel.. Secondly, inside La Fabrique there is no 4G connection as you are inside a massive steel box. There is wifi but it is simply not working, asking the staff was hard at first as they don’t speak English or Dutch, but the reply was that they knew it was not working and could not do anything about it. Think about the parents who paid 6€ for an entrance ticket here please? Thirdly, charging 7€ for a parking ticket on top of the 6€ entrance ticket just to get inside? That is a bit of a joke to me and simply ripping of people. Why so greedy towards visitors or parents while they pay a lot of money for an Adventure pass for example? For the rest, it is incredibly beautiful here. But above details are just annoying. Fix that and I will be happy to come back here.
