I came expecting to find Neanderthal caves and an archaeological museum, however in that mindset I was somewhat dissapointed. The museum was closed and completely abandoned, and looked as though it had been for a while. I then walked around the trail to find the caves, which were blocked off by metal grates. It is however a beautiful hiking trail, and amazing for rock climbing. Not what I expected, but very beautiful.

Visit this cave/ Grotte was an amazing experience! The guide was amazing and did the whole tour in french and in English for me and my friend. Interesting storytelling of archeologic finds and exploration of the underground tunnels. Would 10/10 recommend. Shoes can get dirty otherwise no extra equipment needed.

Very gorgeous place. Caves are left as natural as possible and not commercialised. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tours could be in French/Dutch. There is a nice parking lot for visitors and other amenities.

We visited June 26th 2022. Made a reservation through their website. Paid €12 per person / adult.

We really enjoyed the guided tour and visit. The guide (the friendly and funny man with the beard and hat) did a splendid effort and job to speak both French and English which we really appreciated (He could also speak Dutch). The tour is well made, the information given is interesting and the views are really nice.

We combined our visit with a hike from and back to Nameche. We recommend a visit to...
