Schitterend, recht stukje natuur. Beste is om in de helft te vertrekken (Ferdinand Maesstraat, kleine parking beschikbaar) en dan kan je ofwel noordwaarts richting Kontich centrum of Zuidwaarts richting Duffel wandelen. Het hele stuk is 5km.

We liepen GR 12 route en moesten een deel over deze oude spoorwegberm lopen. Een mooie route in door de natuur.

Heel mooi natuurgebied. Beetje avontuurlijk, ongeschikt voor rolstoelgebruikers en buggies. Wel heel leuk om te doen met kinderen. Omdat het een smal natuurgebied is moet je wel steeds heen en terug langs het zlefde pad maar dat is hier...
