Arrival 4-5
Arrival is down a little woodland road, parking was easy and collecting the bikes was fun for the kids and the staff at reception and bike collection were friendly and polite, it can get quite busy at rush times and waiting can be frustrating.
The lodge 4-5
Lodge that we had was clean and tidy and exaclty what is expeceted, tho other Center Parcs have free coffee for the machines which is nice when you arrive after a long drive but no coffee at ours
The grounds 4-5
The grounds are kept in great condition and feels clean and nice to be around and in even after a heavy down pour the staff were out cleaning and sweeping.
The pool 3-4
Was clean and tidy, the monkey slide is a bit bumpy round the sides, there is no coffee shop inside and the kids pool is quite small with limited seating, the hot tubs are a nice and hot, the pool with the fish viewing windows has some great fish to see and there was plenty of swimming googles to use, out side pool is clean and gas a great area to sun bath before heading down the rapids all in all the pool is always a winner.
The good in the pool is good but the waiting and queues are frustrating as it eats in to your holiday time.
The water park 4-5
The water park is a great place to learn to water ski or board, and air board if you wish,
The water ski guys were great and its good fun
The airboard needs to be a bit longer 20 mins is not quite enough for the price and 30 would be better.
The seating area around the water park is lovely and there is food and drink near by.
Be prepared again to wait at the reception area, which is frustrating this is not the staffs fault they have a small area to service people and mange food, the waterpark need more staff to help and more serving windows, we missed 20 mins of our water ski even tho we arrived 30 mins before the start time !!!
The climbing wall is really good for the kids and the staff are super friendly and nice the kids really enjoyed the achievements of climbing to the top.
The water park inflatables are the best out of all the center parcs i have been too, the staff are friendly and polite, the inflatables are cleaned regularly making them less slippery which is great.
ZIP WIRE
Again a great experience for the kids and family, a bit short but good fun
There is a lovely bridge that you can walk over at the end thats great for photos.
Arcades 4-5
The arcade is a great place for the kids to play, all the staff are nice and the games were all working and clean and tidy.
Adventure cove !! 5-5
Wow adventure cove is fantastic a great little suprise for every one, and a fantastic setting (no photos added go see !!!!) This place gave great value as its included for free like the pool, its a great place for the kids and adults to play and explore !! There is a rope bridge and water crossing along with a beach and many other areas to play.
Restaurants okay ish
Maybe we good the wrong staff, but at all the restaurants the staff seemed really unhappy and rude well nearly all some were lovely but id say 80% of the resturnat staff were just not happy.
Fugos 1-5
We ate at fugos and all i can say is that its totally over priced the food was nice but the skew for 60 euro to share is utter rubbish and very poor value unfortunately a very dissatisfied family and group of friends
Sport cafe 4-5
Staff were super nice but the tonics are over prices and shorts are expensive
Evergreen 2-5
We went twice to ever green the 1st time the lady on the reception was really rude so our group of 35 left
On the second time there was different staff on and the restaurant was nice for breakfast, the food was cooked well and presented very well its a great place for early food and very good value. I would have given 4-5 for here but the staff the 1st time round unfortunately didn't help
The cafe grand
Nice staff fast drinks and a good place to sit and watch the shows
Nonas
Ah Nonas, normally a great place for food, okay so some of the staff here are great but some rude got over charged wrong food.

Read moreThis was our third time in a center parc park. If you have bean to one You won't be surprised (good and bad). The house is relatively spacious ( we were a family of 5 with a 3 bedroom apartment ). The park: during our stay almost all water areas (ponds) ware almost or completely dry. even the main pond was well below its nominal level (still all water atractions ware aviliable). The paths are not maintained meaning the entrance to our house was not sweped for weeks and all garden furnicher had bird and other stains. We had to clean them in order to use them. Parking: there are 2 or 3 parking lots (main one and 1 or 2 other) the main parking is huge but almost allways full (thats why they have the other parking) the only issue is if you arrive after a day of travel after 22:30(or around that time) the secondary parking is locked ( you can get out but not in) the receptionist told us to get very very close to the gate and it might open ( it didnt). The house: aside from the garden furnicher (above) the house itself is OK. The living area is spacious. You get a corner style sofa a flat smart TV with ablity to connect your phone or other smart device (cast using Samsung smart TV app) it also has a soundbar that was a good surprise. The kitcken is well equipped (considering it a vacation house) it has a fire stove a microwave/oven and a dishwasher. The park suplies you with a basic set of dishwasher cubes towel ( 2 for each person and 2 kitchen towels). You also get matches cleaning cloth and sponge for the kitchen. I suggest bringing your own dish soap. The bedrooms are small but comfortable the beds (also the double beds) are 2 singe beds places side by side. The mattress ( for me) was not supportive at all. I am a 100Kg 1.93cm person ( BTW the sofa in the living room was better). The roo e get cleaned once before you check in but our room still had some waist left in the garbage ( once we talked to the reception they took care of that right away). Its funny to mention this but the toilet design is the worse i have ever seen. Without being to grafic, trust me when i say this. Bring a bleach spay for toilets with you. Main building and Attractions. There are alot! Of attractions. One can understand how some families dont leave the park. The indoor water attraction is very good ( almost exactly the same as other center pracs). The restaurants are OK. the value in not getting in your car (or cooking) is worth for some for me ( a parson who enjoys good food) there were plenty of very good restaurants within a 5-10min drive ( use google maps to find them). Every morni g The parks markets has a very good selection of fresh baked goods. This might be the place to say that the market is good has al the basics for a reasonable price ( if you dint want to drive) if you do want a very good market with an amazing bakery across the street. Shearch for a "plus" market within 10 min drive).
All in all, our vacation was a success. The overall experience was good ( even with all my comments above) after all you get what you pay for. I believe for our next vacations we will look for something more high end ( only to have a better...

To begin with the parc is huge, half way into the week and we were still discovering new areas. I'd advise bikes for your stay as it's easier and quicker to get any place you want, even venturing out to the nearby canal, the local town of Lommel or crossing the border into the Nederlands. The landscape is so flat and the roads are so bike friendly that it's a joy traveling on two wheels.
At the heart of the parc is the building that houses the tropical pool, shopping area, restaurants, customer service desk and an amazing selection of wildlife just chillin. The pool is a decent size, has loads of different areas including a wave machine, an underwater aquarium and a variety of water slides, with a white water rapids section taking you outside. Dotted around the place are several jacuzzis, heated sunbeds and a snack bar with plenty of seating.
The supermarket has a good selection to choose from, you can even find pasteurised milk in the fridges so that you don't have to live on, the almost alien-like, UHT milk for the week. Loads of treats are available from the in-house bakery and there are limited roast chickens available. Be aware that the accommodations only have stoves, microwaves and toasters to cook with, if the weather is good then you can barbecue too.
There are a few restaurants to choose from, we tried the burger bar, the pizzeria and the grill. The burgers have a unique taste, which we loved, the pizzeria kept us waiting a long time for average pizzas. Fuego the adventure grill was our favourite dining experience, with huge steaks and delicious desserts. The prices were a little on the steep side, but nothing more than is usual when in a holiday resort.
Outside they have huge lakes, which are all surrounded by white sandy beaches. Here you can choose from a wide selection of watersports such as waterskiing, hoverboarding, paddle boards, etc. We had a go on the banana boat and laughed nonstop throughout. They also have a choice of boats to take out to enjoy the setting.
It should come as no surprise that amongst the treetops there was the standard adventure equipment, including a death slide across the entire length of a lake.
There is also a small petting farm, an indoor activity centre and an indoor pirate adventure park, which includes rope bridges high up by the ceiling, a water maze, an indoor beach area and a, little known, live bat living in the cave entrance.
As I said at the beginning, we had the best time here, it was a week of nonstop fun for all our various ages. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and there was no issue with language barriers, that a good bit of mime or Google translate couldn't sort out.
If you've been considering coming here, my advice would be to take the leap, you...
