In September 2021, I reserved 2 boards for Stand Up Paddle in Foudoo Hofstade, paying in advance for them, when I arrived at the location 10 minutes before the time slot I had reserved, nobody took care of my reservation. After a long waiting, they came and told me that there is only one board left, although I had paid for 2. As they couldn't find a solution in the moment, we went 2 people on the same one board as I supposed I'd get a reimbursement for the 2nd one I had paid and they didn't have. The reservation and payment were done for 1 hour Stand Up Paddle, however after 45 minutes of paddling, they started to put pressure on us to go back. We went back and I kindly asked for a reimbursement for the board I had reserved and paid and that they didn't have available. The people working there told me they can't reimburse me and that I should speak to the management by email. I sent several emails to their management to explain the situation and ask for a reimbursement. Some employees answered saying that I can only receive a voucher to use another day and that the manager will look into it. Blijkbaar is het voor u crew te veel gevraagd om voor de opening het aquapark van vogel uitwerpselen te reinigen. Ik begrijp dat een beetje vogelpoep niet te vermijden is maar dit was er totaal over. Op elk wandelgedeelte lag er zoveel dat je er wel door moest. Zeer spijtig dat een uitstap met de kinderen zo moet doorgaan. Ook wel grappig dat de crew na een paar klachten 15 min doet alsof ze aan het poetsen zijn en dan stoppen😅 Terwijl de gedeeltes uit het zicht van de (nieuwe klanten) nog vol liggen.
Nog een laatste opmerking; De druk van de obstacles zou ik ook wat meer nakijken, ingezakte glijbanen zijn niet zo leuk en ook niet zo veilig 😉
Onze kinderen van 6 - 8 - 10 jaar het niet aan hun hart laten komen maar ik veronderstel dat dit niet de bedoeling is
