Monkey Bay Wildlife Sanctuary — Attraction in Belize District

Wow! What a great stay in Monkey bay we had! I recommend everyone who loves the nature to stay here at least for two nights. We did some birdwatching and hiking, saw and learned a lot about the nature and the animals of Belize. We saw fresh jaguar footprints, beautiful birds and even a group of Howler Monkeys!

The Hike trails are wild yet easy to follow, the guides are professional und very knowledgeable. The rooms and bathroom facilities are very clean. The staff is super friedly. The whole area ist super beautiful!

I really can't say anything bad about this place set in the middle of nowhere right inside Belize's nature.
