Daniel's Head Beach Park is not very far from Daniel's Head Park. While the two parks bear similar names, the visual ambiance is very different (see my review of Daniel's Head Park). Daniel's Head Beach Park is picturesque, peaceful and relaxing. This park was once the location of 9 Beaches Resort. And the little structures that you see in the accompanying picture is what is left of the abandoned resort.

While there are 9 beaches in the area, only a few are available to the public. I have been made to understand that there will be some commercial activity in the park this summer (2018); I will add to this review if that comes to fruition.

Still, the area is great for a relaxing afternoon and a swim. You may even see turtles in the...

One of our favorite experiences in Bermuda! We entered at the second beach and walked into the water with our snorkel gear. The ocean bottom feels squishy -you get used to that, though! To the left was some outcropping of rocks and to the right was some of the abadoned resort cabanas and another beach.

In front of the cabanas it is shallow and perfect for snorkeling with sea turtles! Despite the wave runner tours that come and go, the sea turtles continue to eat the sea grass without a care!

A road goes through, easy to access. We took the bus, so it was a little bit of a walk.

There is an inflatable water park a little further in, and supposedly a snack shack. We didn't...

It may be a bit tricky to get there but we did even on a scooter. We went there on a Saturday evening. There wasn't really much going on. But like every beach in Bermuda, it was beautiful. It seems to me they rent motorsports stuff there but it was all closed when we got there. Nice stop on the...

I don’t know if it’s because it’s off-season, but everything is closed down and boarded up. I think we were expecting a regular beach, this is kind of a rundown area of the island. Somebody said that there were turtles near the bungalows, but we didn’t see any. Other than that, it was a nice adventure

Favorite place on Bermuda … private little beaches everywhere, pristine …I love exploring the abandoned buildings. No facilitator food/water so go prepared.
