Istiklal Mosque — Attraction in City of Sarajevo

This mosque is one of the biggest in this country. Each weekend always used for wedding ceremony because it has a big hall. I give 5 stars because this mosque was built by my country haha. Koliko god me uzbuđuju i u meni proizvode divljenje graditeljski elementi stari po više stotina godina, kao oni ugrađeni u Gazi Husrev begovu, Carevu, Alipašinu, Magribiju, Čobaniju, Ferhadiju, Čekalušu ... nimalo nisam imun na ljepoti i perfekcionizam reljefne rezbarije ukrasnih detalja koji ukrašavaju enterijer Istiklal džamije. Ljudi su oduvijek ukrašavali svoje džamije iako ja ne znam da li postoji takav imperativ da džamije treba ukrašavati. Znam da to treba biti čisto mjesto u kojem je ugodno boraviti: osvjetljeno, prozračno i ugodne temperature. Možda je potreba za ukrašavanjem upravo i proistekla iz želje da se taj prostor učini i oku ugodnim za boravak. Kako god, što se mene tice, projektant enterijera u Istiklal džamiji je “pogodio moju žicu” i ja zbilja uživam u tom vrlo ukusno i bogato...
