ŠAH MAT Burger — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

Today, my wife and I ordered at the restaurant. We were shocked by the treatment by the two employees, the manager and the employee named Fares. He insulted my wife and was nervous and racist with us. He behaved unethically because the employee forgot to order Coca-Cola. It was forgotten while submitting the order. My wife went to the counter and asked the employee Fares that there was a shortage in the order. He did not respond more than once, and my wife called him. It is unethical and disrespectful to us as Gulf Arabs. Do we get used to this shameful behavior from the employee Fares? He has no manners. It is worth going back to the camera and confirming the situation and coordinating with the manager who made the mistake in the order. He admitted that he was the reason for the situation. We appreciated his position that a person gets tired and forgets, and the reason is the restaurant manager forgetting the order that I mentioned. This is without a doubt one of the best burger places I have ever visited! 🍔 The burgers are absolutely delicious, prepared with care, and served at very reasonable prices. The portions are generous, and the sides such as fries and sauces are just as fresh and tasty.
