A stunning, well appointed little museum dedicated to the author Mak Dizdar and his work. The complex consists of the main house, the courtyard, a separate small gallery and the back garden, all close to the Old town in Stolac. Inside is a great exhibition dedicated to Dizdar with his private belongings, books, manuscripts and related artwork. Definitely worth a visit, but it has to be pre-arranged since it's not open...

The place you need to visit! A lot of memories of (in my opinion) the best poet Dizdar. The special feeling is when you read his songs with all the corrections he made before they were published. Coffee in the yard of the house, wonderful hosts and many...
