I've had many great experiences climbing up and down this hill throughout my life. It's a fun and engaging 2 hour trek up and back. Perhaps a bit more time is needed if you decide to spend some more time at the peak. I would recommend to wear comfortable, durable hiking shoes and bring enough water. The hill is not the safest place and there have been many reports of muggins and robberies happening to hikers here, including to friends of mine.
