I was told to get here it’s an easy hike from praia Pouso. I wouldn’t say that, but it wasn’t so bad. You need to get a taxi boat from Abraao (70R return ticket). Then you hike up and down a hill, it took us 45mins, but mainly because it had been raining and it was slippery and muddy so we were being slow and careful with our steps. Also it’s a hike in a jungle so a repelent is needed. There are mosquitos, bugs, wasps, and ants, we also saw a marmoset. Some steps are steep and big.
But the reward, oh my god. You reach a beach with almost no one there and its so beautiful. Even on a cloudy rainy day we enjoyed it so much and played in the waves.
Please, make sure you dont leave trash… since the beach is not looked after, it just stays there…. we saw so many plastic bags and other trash like toys laying...

Read moreEsta é uma praia fantástica, na mesma trilha que leva para a Praia de Lopes Mendes em Ilha Grande, basta fazer um desvio no meio da trilha, quem esta indo conhecer a praia de Lopes Mendes, por ser a mais conhecida da região, eu recomendo pegar este desvio antes e ir para a Praia de Santo Antonio, passar a manhã lá, e só depois na parte da tarde voltar na trilha e ir para a Praia de Lopes Mendes, com certeza não vai se arrepender, muito pelo contrário, vai querer sair de Lopes Mendes e voltar para a Praia de Santo Antônio, só não fiz isso por que já não aguentava...
