Kolossi Park — Attraction in Kolossi Municipality

We approached them to have our daughter's birthday Kolossi Park. Whenever we asked them a question they referred to their website, the Irony is they don't have a website. We finally reserved the place and ordered the food.

Now keep in mind this is a children's park, when you arrange a children's birthday in such a place, the children should be able to use the facilities. to our surprise, when we arrived, the basketball and football "court" were locked up, which would cost €40 extra per hour.

Then we noticed that the children weren't even allowed to play on the bouncing castles, which would again cost extra per child.

I don't mind paying for my children and guests to enjoy themselves, however, I do mind the business practice of not informing us about all these extras without any indication of this before making the reservation. The lack of information was awful and frankly disappointing, the worst part was when we mentioned it to the park's employees they insisted they had informed us about this, which is absolutely not true. Forcing you to pay all the extras after the fact is my opinion a scam.

Let's talk about the food, very low quality to little and it is served exactly at the time of arrival. Not waiting 30 minutes or one hour until all guests have arrived. Resulting in the food getting sloppy, dry, and cold.

We had to bring our own plates spoons and forks for the cake.

I asked for an invoice and all I got was a small receipt from their cash register, the same kind of receipt you get from an accounting calculator.

We ended up paying around €600, but looking at the service and the food it was not worth it. Then again the children...

The food is terrible, everything is overcooked, even burned (chicken). The staff is rude and the service in general is very bad. Two men with some mental problems "work" there, one was calling himself "god" (in his 50-60th overwheight) was screaming next to our table which was very annoying, sat down at our table, he also tried to touch legs, shoulders of the ladies, until some men clients shouted and told him to go and do his work!!! another one (in his 40th a tall one) threw out our drinks when we didn't finish them. When we said this, he answered - get out if u don't like smth. I definetly won't...

Απαίσια συμπεριφορά από την κοπέλα που ήταν εκεί σήμερα 24/3/24 Αρχικά πήγαμε 4 μωρά και 6 μεγάλοι.. ρωτήσαμε ξεκαθαρα αν θα χρεωθουν τα μωρά για να παίξουν και μας είπε ότι κανονικά χρεώνεται αλλά επειδή σήμερα δεν έχει παιδικό παρτυ δεν θα χρεώσει είσοδο!! Και έτσι εμείς αποφασίσαμε να παραγγείλουμε φαγητά για όλους.. παραγγείλουμε φαγητά και ποτά αξίας 90€ και στο τέλος ο λογαριασμός ήρθε 117€ όταν ρωτήσαμε γιατί μας είπε ότι υπάρχει είσοδος για τα μωρά για τα φουσκωτά όπου τα μωρά μπήκανε 5 λεπτά μετρημένα και βγήκανε γιατί ήρθε το φαγητό και μετά έκλεισαν τα φουσκωτά έτσι δεν μπορούσαν τα μωρά να παίζουν..! Όταν τα ξανά άνοιξαν τα μωρά ήδη πήγαν να παίξουν στο υπόλοιπο παρκο και δεν ήθελαν να ξανά μπουν στο φουσκωτό... επίσης είχε κάνει λάθος στα φαγητά και χρέωσε άλλες τιμές από ότι έγραφε ο κατάλογος πανω.!! Επίσης τα παιχνίδια του πάρκου ήταν σπασμένα και πολύ επικίνδυνα καθώς έλειπε κομμάτι τσουλήθρα από το μεγάλο παιχνίδι και το είχαν ανοιχτό προς τα παιδιά απλά έκλεισαν τη ΜΙΣΗ τρύπα με ένα πολύ πρόχειρο ξύλο. !!! ΠΟΤΕ ΞΑΝΑ! δεν το συζητώ για την ποιότητα του...
