"Термален" Аквапарк Персенк — Attraction in Devin

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Thermal Aqua Park Persenk and feel compelled to share my negative review. Firstly, I was shocked to discover that the price for non-guests of the hotel is an exorbitant 45 lv, while even as a guest, I had to pay 25 lv per person. This significant price difference was unfair and left us feeling undervalued as paying customers.

Furthermore, the additional charge of 6 lv for towels was unexpected and unreasonable. In my opinion, towels should be provided free of charge, considering the already steep entrance fee. This unexpected cost only added to our growing dissatisfaction.

To my dismay, the children's pool was ice-cold. Considering that this is supposedly a "thermal" waterpark, this discrepancy was utterly ridiculous. It is unacceptable to advertise a thermal waterpark and then provide such a dismally cold pool for children.

Additionally, the lack of proper lifeguard coverage was alarming. It is concerning that there was only one lifeguard responsible for overseeing all of the pools. This lack of adequate safety measures raises serious concerns about the well-being of guests, especially families with young children.

The overall cleanliness of the aqua park left much to be desired. Dirty facilities and unclean areas were not what I expected from such a supposedly reputable establishment. It is essential for the management to prioritize cleanliness and maintenance to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.

Furthermore, I was appalled by the exorbitant prices at the park's restaurant. The inflated prices made it clear that the management was more interested in profiting from customers rather than providing a reasonable and enjoyable dining experience. These skyrocketing prices left a bitter taste in my mouth and added to my feeling of being undervalued as a customer. For instance, the whole roasted chicken costs 36lv.

If you do decide to visit this establishment, I strongly recommend bringing your own towels, food, and drinks. This way, you can avoid the unnecessary expenses and disappointment we encountered. However, I must admit that the view from the aqua park was one of the few highlights of our visit.

As a suggestion to the management, I highly recommend reevaluating the pricing structure. Lowering the prices or offering all-inclusive services for the 45 lv entry fee would provide better value for customers. Additionally, playing pleasant music and hiring animators or entertainers would enhance the overall atmosphere of the park. The inclusion of more staff members to cater to guests' needs, such as providing an abundance of towels or facilitating towel exchanges, would also greatly improve the experience. Lastly, ensuring that the children's pools are at a suitable temperature would greatly benefit families and their enjoyment at Thermal Aqua Park Persenk.

In summary, my experience at Thermal Aqua Park Persenk left much to be desired. I felt undervalued as a customer due to the significant price difference between non-guests and guests. The inadequately warmed children's pool, lack of lifeguard coverage, cleanliness issues, and prohibitively expensive restaurant prices further compounded my disappointment. Mixed feelings. Nobody wants to use water slides because water is so cold. So the bigger part of the aqua park was pretty much empty and everyone was siting in those pools with warm water. There are two outside pools with warm water, and in door pool with really pleasant warm water, but there is so much chloride in that pool you start feeling chemical burn on the skin. Some members of the staff simply rude and incompetent, unable to communicate properly in English and plain rude.

Not bad place to go but well whole picture was destroyed by a receptionist from the morning shift.

Was a pleasant surprise for me because I didn’t knew this supposed to be hot mineral waters but on other hand I would not mark it as hot mineral waters at all. It’s more like warmed up water aside the indoor pool that has the noticeably warm water but it’s quite small.

Must say that I enjoyed the pools, but leaving this review as I had really bad taste by how I was treated on reception, and this was followed by small talk with another incompetent guy who seems to be restaurant manager, unable to speak English, and demanded instant payment after conversation on reception. През последните 4 години аквапарка беше задължителна дестинация, като част от лятната ни почивка в Родопа планина. Тази година по традиция, отново отидохме и още преди да стигнем входа ми направи впечатление че вътре има много малко хора, а винаги когато сме ходили е било пълно. На касата бях меко казано изненадан от обявените ми цени. Толкова, че дори ми се стори комично - 45лв за възрастен, а за синът ми, който е на 6 г платих 25лв вход. Любезното момиче на касата явно видя изражението ми и ми сподели, че не съм първият, който реагира по подобен начин. Традицията си е традиция, а и все пак пътувахме от Пампорово до там - влязохме. Преброих около 30-35 човека в целият аквапарк, което беше ясна индикация, че нещата явно не са съвсем наред. Спасители нямаше. Там, където в миналото стояха 2-3 момчета спасители, сега нямаше никой. Нямаше ги и столчетата на които стояха. На около 40 тата минута се появи едно момче с тениска на спасител, което започна да подрежда чадъри, шезлонги, шалтета. Явно съвместяваше доста задължения и това на спасител не беше приоритет. Обстановката: Интерес към големият басейн нямаше - цял ден никой не се пусна по пързалките за големи. Бебешкият басейн беше най-топъл, но за сметка на това дъното му беше покрито с тиня. Толкова е занемарено, че дори имаше прилично колипество трева между плочките, между басейните. Явно "спасителчето" не е стигнало до там да я оскубе. Положението със SNACK BAR-a явно е както при спасителите - окончателно е спрял работа. Около хидромасажният басейн се натъкнах и на повреден бутон, в кутията на който се виждаха кабел, потопени под вода. Гледка, която е меко казано стряскаща. Варианта за обяд е само в ресторантчето с много големи претенции и с още по-надути цени. За сметка на това, при поръчка на малка наливна бира с обяда, въпросната напитка така и не дойде, но присъстваше в касовият бон. Като обобщение бих казал - беше приятно място. Сега е в период на активен разпад, но както на много места в България - мениджмънта играе ролята на щраус и се прави, че всичко е наред. За съжаление едва ли ще посетим отново, ако...
