I booked two rooms at Mountain Boutique. One for my husband, myself and the second for our Bulgarian friend.|When we arrived at the hotel we had been greeted by a young girl at the reception. |She was wearing a big puffy jacket and when I asked why she didn't put the heating on she said, they only switch it on at night. Ok...to my surprise the heating was NEVER turned on. It was snowing and -10 outside!!! Thankfully we had air condition but it made such an awful noise we couldn't sleep.||The hotel offers a sky bar so we decided to go upstairs for a coffee to heat ourselves up. To my horror the place was full of teenagers with really loud techno music. These children are all locals and not guests. |Another young girl runs the sky bar she was very rude and showed no interest in her clients but only to the rowdy kids.| We asked for the WiFi 3 times and on the last occasion she found it more important to ignore us and go eat her lunch with her friends.| I ordered a 'hot' cappuccino only to be served a glass of cold milk with Nescafe powder sprinkled on top. Not my idea of coffee. I would have been better off getting a coffee from one of the vending machines outside.||I also want to add that on our last night we decided to go to the sky bar again for a whisky before we went to bed. It was so cold in the hotel and we needed something to heat us up.| This time round all the kids are drinking and smoking inside. Being a smoker myself, I asked why everyone is smoking inside, especially when she told me the day before it's a non smoking bar. The bar women's response was... 'after 7 at night you can smoke'. Very strange indeed and a shame for any of the non smoking guests!||Just as I was getting ready to leave the bar and go back to our bedrooms...the bar woman's boyfriend ran up to us and showed his phone...he had made a Google translation asking me for 50€ and that he would pay me back tomorrow. Of course i told him where to go!!! Apparently this isn't the first time this boy or his friends hassle tourists for money...but seriously inside the hotel??? |On our first day my husband and our friend asked for the sauna to be turned on downstairs. Because the young girl at the reception wasn't there, our friend went up to the sky bar again to ask the woman to turn it on. He spoke to her in fluent Bulgarian so we wouldn't have any misunderstandings. She told him to go to the sauna in 20 to 30 minutes and it would be hot enough to use.|So 30 minutes passes and we all go downstairs to enjoy the sauna, only to find out she hasn't even bothered to turn it on!|I was not impressed and neither was my company.|The hotel is being run by two girls who have no idea what hospitality actually means. The receptionist is never at the reception and the girl at the sky bar basically uses the place to give her friends free drinks and party. It is also used as a place to ask tourists for money! Be very careful.|The rooms we had where big and spacious. Yes the style is a little dated, but in general they are ok for the price you pay.|Our rooms weren't cleaned once. Ok to be fair this didn't bother me as much as not having our toilet bins changed or towels renewed. They could have at least done that.|I could barely sleep at night...i was so dissapointed and annoyed. If it wasn't for the sky bar playing music until 12 (you can hear and feel the vibrations of the music) then it was the sound of chairs moving across the room above us.||All I can say is, what a shame!!! The hotel at one point must have been nice. But now it's just neglected and run by two young girls that do not have a clue and have no respect or interest in the clients.|I have never been one to complain and I don't mind staying in old hotels. But I at least expect to be treated kindly and be provided with the things that the hotel offers!|Who owns this place??? Do they even have any idea what is going on!|Never again will I stay or recommend...
Read moreThey don't have options for checking in after 18:00 not even a way to enter and go to your room and check in later. They recommended us some exciting things to do, although the staff in the restaurant was kind of rude and complained about other guests in front of us. In the breakfast you have included 1 option from the menu and 1 drink and if you want coffee and juice you have to pay more. We booked two rooms with terrace and only one had. The doors in our rooms were really hard to close. There is no working wifi in the rooms and the noise insulation was missing. The rooms had nice view though. It was dirty in the hallways and the elevator wasn't working. Oh and also their masseuse was on a break and they didn't have anyone else to...
Read moreExtremely BAD experience. After payment of the booking by bank transfere we had to cancel it 6 days before stay. The manager confirmed later dates of the booking by phone (1-3 of May) but during the quarantine they just stopped to answer neither by phone nor by mail. We wrote several emails in order to clarify the situation around the reservation, but no answer. Finally in August we reached the manager who told us that there is no data for our booking and it is no longer valid. Even more she stopped to answer our calls and force the employs to delay our calls. So we are very disappointed. DO NOT STAY AT...
