Oslekov House — Attraction in Koprivshtitsa

"One of the most beautiful Renaissance houses in Koprivshtitsa is the house of the wealthy merchant and abadjiya Nencho Oslekov. It is currently a private museum, and the visit here is not included in the general ticket for the Koprivshtitsa museums, but it's definitely worth paying only 5leva to visit. The interior is authentic, with intricately carved ceilings that are different in each room. The furniture, window frames—everything is over a century and a half old. The house was built by Usta Mancho between 1853 and 1855, and the frescoes were painted by Kosta Zograf, both famous masters of the time. Nencho Oslekov was a wealthy man, but he was also a freedom fighter for Bulgaria and took part in the preparations for the April Uprising. He was captured and hanged as a result. The uniforms of the rebels were actually sewn in this very house. The exhibition of clothing, women's scarves, jewelry, and other items contains unique treasures! Една от най красивите възрожденски къщи в Копривщица - къщата на богатия джелепин и абаджия Ненчо Ослеков. В момента е частен музей и посещението тук не влиза в общия билет за копривщенските музеи, но си струва да платите само 4 лева за вход за възрастен. Интериорът е автентичен, дърворезбованите тавани са различни във всяка стая, мебелите, дограмата - всичко е на повече от век, век и половина. Къщата е построена от Уста Манчо през 1853-55 г., стенописите са на Коста Зограф - и двамата са прочути майстори тогава. Ненчо Ослеков е богаташ, но и борец за свобода на България, участва в подготовката на Априлското въстание, заловен е и обесен заради това. Тъкмо в тази къща са ушити униформите на въстаниците. В експозицията от облекла, женски кърпи, накити и прочее има уникални неща! Самата къща също е уникална, колоните отпред са от кедър, докаран чак от Ливан.
