Borosport — Attraction in Samokov

Worse place I have ever visited. Never coming back again. For giving one ride to my partner's aunt (which had a valid card as well but used mine while I was eating), they blocked my card. I went in person to explain to them that the situation was a mistake and the aunt had bought a card for herself to not ''destroy the adventure center economy'' they did not wanted to unblock my card even though I still had 1 day on it and refused to refund me the day I did not use. Not to mention they took pictures of my face (which I believe is against GDPR, but in Bulgaria this might not be an issue). I never tried to sell the card to anyone, but just borrowed for 30 minutes to a relative. Worse way to make tourism. If you love to sky, snowboard or feel appreciated as a human being, avoid this place. Sad way of treating your tourist!!! The day I payed for snowboarding, but got stolen by them was the cherry on top. But no worries, I saved the borovets adventure center...

I had booked a 2 hour lesson, which had cost me 120 lev. They gave me a receipt and allocated me a time slot. When I turned up to that time slot they had asked me for a ticket, which they claimed was handed out to me when I payed. However, I was never given this. I was only give a receipt, therefore I thought that this was all the proof I needed. As I did not have a ticket they refused to give me a lesson despite having a receipt (valid proof that I had payed for lessons). As a result, I asked for a refund which they also refused despite constantly going back and forth and and standing there with a silly expression on their faces doing nothing to help the situation. Do not go to them for lessons, they will scam you and...

Just back from an incredible week in Borovets. Our instructor Alex Savchov was by far the best ski coach I’ve ever had. He was able to pick up on all of our individual faults and explain how to improve them with clear and simple guidance. He listened well to what we wanted as a group, and pushed us to achieve our goals collectively and individually. He was very knowledgeable of the slopes and knew which ones would be busiest on certain days so could make sure he took us to the quietest and best slopes every day - we had some amazing skiing. Alongside this, he kept us all laughing all week! Cannot recommend him enough! We will be back, and I will certainly be asking for Alex again! Thanks...
