Actually the real park is across the street. Where the pin is - this is the small park next to the hospital for phisiology and rehabilitation. There is also the old bath of Ovcha kupel - old abandoned building. Nothing special but nice to see. There is also a pool with mineral water. Across the street is the real park which is really nice, has a lot of trees and benches and some really good entertainments for kids. During the week it is usually quite but in the evenings and during weekends it is literally crowded. In fact there are almost no places nearby to jog outside except the streets without sidewalks, and at the same time the paths in the park are old, you can trip over really easily.
