AQUAPARK NEPTUN — Attraction in Sozopol

Alright, let me tell you something funny about this water park! So, if you want to splash around, dip your feet in the water, and feel the waves of fun, it’s like you’re not on Earth anymore, but on the planet Slideopolis! Here, for the little ones and the big adventurers, we have slides so tall that you might feel like an astronaut seeking intergalactic entertainment. And don’t think that the little ones are left out of the excitement—miniature slides are ready for them, as if the world of the small is any less dizzying!

But, hey, don’t think everything is as rosy as the sand on the beach! Here, cards stay at home and only cash reigns supreme, like a sandbank boss! So, if your stomach steals money from your wallet and you have no clue where to get water dollars and food levs, well, you’ve got two options: hunt for the hidden treasure with your banknote number or embark on a banking adventure with a park ATM that charges a fee of 7 levs for a dose of cash.

But that’s not all! In a world where money becomes more virtual than clouds, it’s like we’re in a video game where electronic wristbands are the currency. After depositing money in the ATM, slalom your way through the hands of your buddies at the reception to load up your magical wristband with doses of fun and snacks that taste like a second entrance fee. Yep, just let your whole economy drop to fill your belly!

But let’s not forget the good part: the park is like a well-polished shell, and the staff have smiles on their faces as if they’ve learned to make underwater waves without swallowing pool water. So, if you’re ready to leave your card at home and stash cash in your pocket, come join the adventure of slides and electronic wristbands, on a sunny day full of splashes and dizzying...

I do NOT recommend this aqua park specially for kids with special needs who are treated with discrimination. Our child is 12 . He has autism and he is mad about water slides. They offered him a black wristband and free entry but he could only go to the pool. NO slides for him were allowed. We were at the aqua park because of him and the water slides. Then they said they will allow him to use the slides with mom’s support, he will have to pay the full price of 54lvs and parents had to sign a declaration that the aqua park is NOT responsible for our child with special needs. We were not happy to treat him with discrimination and we went to Pomorie on aqua park where my son was welcomed for free once I showed his DLA documents with his diagnose and my documents that I am his carer. Aquapark Neptun -you need to be more tolerant with kids with special needs. Everywhere in Europe they go for free. The lady in the office was rude, mean and had NO understanding regarding our situation. Typical Bulgarian mentality. Very rude. We will never come back there! Please avoid. Also, they check the bags for food and drinks which regarding their policy are not allowed. Also, you can not leave the park to eat lunch outside because your wristband to enter the park again will be invalidate and you have to pay 54lvs again if you want to be back. The food inside is pricey as well. Anyway, if you pay entrance for the whole family for the day you should NOT be obligated to eat lunch there. You should be free to go in and out whenever you want. Please review this rule Aquapark Neptun! You are loosing many customers like this who will prefer the aqua park...

Well, well great place, but needs to work a lot on customer service management. We celebrated our twins birthday there kids had amazing time but at the end the customer service ruined the birthday celebration with their poor service and not knowing what they were doing . Its like they live in a different Era, not even to mention the manager on duty, that it took her forever to get us the bill, especially she was super mad that we wanted the receipt for what we are paying the money for. Horrible, horrible made us go in and out didn’t know what is she doing and at telling us that we should have been out long time ago🤷‍♀️come on do your job. But, at last her horrible customer service and “management “ role said “ I hoper i never see you as our guests again’. Seriously 😳 first time ever to hear from a manager to tell their guests this.

Lady, sure i will never visit this place again, but poor Bulgaria that suffer with people like you as managers. Leave your job if you don’t like it just quit, don't ruin our day or any other...
