My friends and had tickets for Slaughterhouse & The Way Down on September 30th, 2023 at 7 pm. When we got checked in, we went for the first game which was Slaughterhouse. Then, we proceed with the second game which was The Way Down.
In The Way Down, the first person in our team GOT HIT BY A ROCK by one of the employees. As the employee described they hit the rock on the wall and it bounced back to his head. He fell down immediately and because of that, we all took off our hoods.
The paramedic team came and checked him and filled out a form with his information. As the paramedics team DIDN’T have enough essential equipment and stuff needed (even the ice gels were NOT working), they recommend us to go to the HOSPITAL so we had to go to the HOSPITAL. This was a very tragic and traumatic experience and we had a very rough night. We expected that the paramedic team have at least some water or ice at the scene and we were very unsatisfied with the procedure.
I reached out to them via email to see how they will compensate us but NO REPLY TO THE COMPLAINT...

From what I’ve heard, they have declined opportunities to donate to meaningful causes — including charitable efforts supporting children with cancer. That’s incredibly disheartening.
It’s unfortunate when businesses that thrive within a community choose not to give back to it. Donating wine — which may simply qualify as a tax write-off — does not equate to real charitable giving, especially when the product in question is promotional in nature and not widely regarded for its quality.
I believe businesses should not only benefit from the communities they serve but also be willing to invest in those communities in meaningful ways. For that reason, I will not be supporting Maan Farms...
Read moreI really expected much more for the haunted houses. Actors weren’t good, the only thing they did was touching and screaming. Not scary at all. PNE is 1000 times better. Really disappointed for spending so much money in it. Everything here is expensive. The event itself, the ice cream and the bag of blood wine. Wine is awful! You pay 20 bucks and they don’t even let you take the empty bag with you! Icecream has no pumpkin taste at all! This was my first and last time, definitely don’t...
