Casino Ajax — Attraction in Ajax

Wow worst experience ever!!!!!!!! First of all we went to get a table for 2 they said 1hr n a half wait. Fine we will go play slots.. my boyfriend went to the bar for a drink as our membership cards were inactive as we havent been here in over a year (don't worry we will never be back AGAIN!!) So I joined him at the bar and watched the bartender, she was really nice but definitely inexperienced.. she poured my beer about 5 times (I was right in infront of the tap watching) it kept foaming up she kept dumping out the foam then re pouring with same result.. i worked at a restaurant, served many years.. you pour the foam into a cup because that's so much waste. Anyways finally got my beer. I waited for my salad had to ask her to get it after at least 10 minutes.. whatever things happen I'm easy going although I didnt eat all day I still understand things get hectic.. the restaurant was not busy.. I ordered the special prime rib and lobster, my bf ordered new york striploin. We sat there watched people come after us.. we asked where our food was and she said I'll go grab it.. it should be done.. she came out with someone elses order (they came after us) 2 fish n chips.. they got their food and pretty much finished it..while we still waiting.. starving.. and planned spending at least 300$ at casino after.. we had enough at that point and decided to leave we paid our drink tab.. and we will never be back again.. even the guy sitting beside us who came after and almost was finished eating.. agreed that he wouldve left also.. now I know why they're opening another casino.. just shut the place down I could run this place better then it's being ran now.. disgrace!!!!!! Btw it was our 3rd year anniversary.. we are now enjoying a beautiful steak dinner 3 hours later...

We waited in a LONG line to get a replacement card. After 30 mins i looked around the corner to see how far we were to the front. ONLY ONE girl...i watched, management walked toward her, 2 or 3 other staff were helping one girl put the player cards into a holder....no one helped this girl, and i was getting angry, not for the line anymore...but how pathetic this poor thing much have felt...an obvious case that management does NOT care! Now we are in the line to get a meal...we waited over 30 mins in a line at 9pm to find out when we got to the front ....it was going to be another HOUR AND FORTY FIVE min wait....ok...now im mad! While standing i heard them talk about that the far wall had 10 tables vacant...TEN! Then they were explaining how when they give you those red beeper holders, they give again....omg..10 mins for the person to get to them before they go to the next person....im sorry but if you cant be waiting, then so sorry for you! This is a huge case of poor or nonexsistant management. It shouldnt matter what day of the week you go into a place for entertainment and or to eat, you should not be so disrespected as this! We didnt wait around, went to The Keg and had a great meal. I would also like to point out that, our travel time and eating our meal at The Keg was done before we would have even sat down at...

One of olg many building that exist in durham region. And like all of there place your chances of winning anything is very slim to non. I started playing on line and that is even worse. They track you play and deposits with algorithms. This is bad because in there building they can't track a specific player unless you use there players card. Online this is so easy for them to do. My own experience is when I'm on line playing for free I win what they claim to be there pay out ratio. When I decide to make a deposit it's hilarious that all of a sudden no games pay at all and I mean at all. Just finished play 2 nights in a row and won nothing, not even a little bit to play with it literally took dollar for dollar with absolute nothing payed out. Out of curiosity I logged back in to play for free and it didn't matter what game or denomination I choose it keep paying out. Of course it was not real money. So with this said people DO NOT LET THERE FREE PLAY DETERMINE IF YOUR THINK ABOUT MAKING A DEPOSIT. All I can say is stay away they are...
