*Absolutely Horrible Birthday Experience – AVOID THIS PLACE* We hosted a birthday party at Big Fun Inflatable Park, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we've ever had at any kids’ venue. If you're planning a special occasion here, don’t. Save yourself the disappointment. From the moment we arrived, the place was filthy. Garbage on the floors, unclean equipment, and overall poor hygiene set the tone. We brought this up with the manager, who politely informed us that they were understaffed. That might be an explanation, but it’s certainly not an excuse when families are paying good money for a special event. What made it worse was the water leak in our assigned birthday room, which soaked some of our belongings. Despite informing staff, we were not offered a replacement room, nor any form of compensation or support. It was as if they expected us to just deal with it. To top it off, we happened to glance into the kitchen area and were appalled. It looked completely unsanitary with grimy surfaces, cluttered mess, and absolutely no indication of proper cleaning practices. The pizza food we were served was tasteless and bland, adding to our disappointment. We were given 11 game cards for the arcade area, each of which still had money left on them at the end. Unfortunately, none of the machines accept the remaining balance as they require only 2 points, making the leftover funds entirely unusable. This is not only wasteful but also poorly thought out. Also if there were 11 cards and each one had 2 to 3 points worth of money left then that accounts 20-25 points of loss which, would mean that this company is benefiting for free. The service was chaotic and disorganized. While the manager was courteous when approached, the rest of the staff lacked basic customer service etiquette. What shocked us the most was when I chose not to leave a tip and marked an "X" on the receipt, an employee called me back as I was exiting and drew an “X” on my wristband as a form of petty retaliation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I’ve attached photos, including the one showing the “X” marked on my wristband, to highlight how juvenile and vindictive the experience turned. Final verdict: This venue ruined my daughter’s birthday. It was a day we had looked forward to, but left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and appalled at the lack of cleanliness, basic management, poor customer service and common decency. To anyone considering Big Fun Inflatable Park for a party or outing: please reconsider. This place is not worth your time, money, or trust. If the corporate office has any genuine concern for guest experience, they are welcome to reach out to me directly as my contact details are in the waiver form that was signed upon entry.

I went with my kid during weekday. It was our first visit. Since, it was a weekday so we paid $13 for my child entry and my entry was free or included. You must need to purchase their green 🐸 froggy socks (to go to play area or bouncy structure), which was worth buying. Without these socks you are not allowed to go to play structures. You can always reuse them on your next visits. If an adult is going to any play structure just supervising their children they don't need to buy socks. The area was pretty much empty as it was a weekday. I assume it will be all packed over the weekends. My child had a tremendous time there and so did I. All the bouncy structures are very safe and fun place to be. There are lots of play areas inside and all of them are included in your ticket. We went on everything. The best thing I liked about this place is that, you consume a lot of energy or calories, unlike other places where you don't do much activities. There is a food court inside the place and vegetarian and non vegetarian options available. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Once you enter, it's only one time entry, Means no re-entry allowed. Washrooms are very clean. Wheelchairs friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this place to other people. Can't wait to come back again.

First experience: Looks like Big Fun Play has got the right formula; lots of birthday party rooms, large eating area with of tables. Lots of staff walking around keeping an eye on things. The food menu looks good for the whole family. The staff works gard to get the masses through the gate - so many people have bought into this as a fun place for family. There are so many themes of bouncy arenas for you and your kids to enjoy. But you don't have to be a kid to enjoy things like the slides, obstacle courses, bull riding.... Ya they change the difficulty when adults go on it: try for 8 seconds. This place holds lots of people. This would be a great place to go if you have a layover at the airport; close by. It's also pretty clean. They soft faux grass surrounding the bouncy castles. Easy to clean. Bathrooms are maintained, hand sanitizer easily accessible.

After a recommendation from a friend with a 2 year old, we opted to take a 4 and 1.5 year old here. To say that it was disappointing is an understatement. Arriving just after opening, we were treated to several barely competent staff, who could not present a coherent set of requirements to enter. Multiple transactions were required to get through the gate as staff seemed unable to present the entry conditions all at once. Thankfully, the $20 odd cost was offset by the cashier whose inability to work a debit machine resulted in a $3 charge for admission.

Honestly, this was still too much. I counted 6 inflatables that were closed for one reason or another, either inoperable or unstaffed. The inflatables that were open, leak from every seam and duct tape patch. My 4 year old tried his best to find some fun on the slides, but when he got stuck, there was little we could do to assist as none of the inflatables could support more than 150 - 200 lbs when fully working, and with added leaks were completely unusable. This was somewhat surprising when compared to similar parks where many adults simultaneously play with and monitor their children. In this park, your kids are on their own, and often out of your sight and earshot.

The attractions are packed into the warehouse, with scant space to move from one to the next. As more people entered the park, kids quickly began running through the narrow passages between inflatables, often crashing into each other. One mother already had a bag of ice for her child's head wound within 10 minutes of our arrival. My 4 year old was knocked over by older children running wildly as they searched for some measure of fun or a functional ride.

The "toddler" area contains no appropriate activities for a toddler, and they cannot support an adults weight to help them get around anyway. The toddler area quickly became filled with 5 - 9 year old's, who put younger children at risk.

This is the 5th park I have been to in Alberta and can honestly say that is is the worst. Poor quality and non-functional attractions. Cramped, close quarter pathways that put smaller kids in danger, and a very limited set of options for any kids to do.

There are multiple options within 10 minutes of this place and I would suggest other parents do as we did after 20 minutes, which is leave and go...

What a bad experience we had today!!! We went there for the first time, my four years old daughter, 6 months old baby, myself and my husband. I took my diaper bag with baby food in and no staff or anyone on the floor told me that diaper bags are not allowed. We checked in and spend like 1 hour and I went to keep my diaper bag in the locker as we decided to walk around with our elder daughter and carry our baby in carrier. I went to the locker to keep the diaper bag and there comes a lady instructing me not to bring food next time. I told her that it’s my baby’s snacks and diapers, extra clothes and formula milk, she was so rude and told me no you’re not allowed to bring anything inside. Her exact words ‘we have our own food to buy so no one is allowed to bring food from outside’ I told her we didn’t bring our lunch or big meals, this is for my 6 months old baby and you guys don’t sell any baby food. She didn’t accept this and kept saying no you’re not allowed blah blah blah. Moreover she was not a manager. Just a lady working in kitchen preparing orders!!! My husband told her that where’s the manage and she said there’s no manager think that I’m the manager! Like seriously :-/ She was so rude and kept arguing with us. Our first time visit and we regret why we wasted our time on this useless place. Bought their frog socks, bought few snacks from their food court and still faced all this rudeness from this kitchen lady. No manager on floor to look into matters and resolve issues. I wanted to throw those frog socks on their counter saying this is the first and last time ever we came here. But unfortunately our nature is different, we can’t be as rude as her and disrespect people.

Seriously very bad experience!! My husband first thing did in the car was took those frog socks and dumped in the car bin basket. He was so mad.

They don’t realize how they are treating their customers. No wonder it was Sunday and yet we saw very few cars outside in parking. Slowly they will lose all their customers coz of their rude behaviour. They need to brush up their customer service skills and hire a manager to get things fixed in a rightly manner.

Highly disappointed and would never ever recommend anyone in my family and friend circle to go...
