Emerald Lake — Attraction in Alberta

Truly beautiful! The lake was not too crowded when we got there . We reached around 11 am. However , the parking was closed and we had to wait a while before it was reopened. The parking attendant was very cheerful and had a lot of patience answering questions from almost all the vehicles that had to be diverted. THIS IS NOT THE EMERALD LAKE!!!! Those photos, all of them, is from Emerald lake in BRITHSH COLUMBIA!!! Passing banff and lake louise!!! I expend all my saturday driving to this wrong place!!!! This lake has the same name of Emerald lake in brithsh columbia but is more than 4 hours driving in oposite direction!!!! Incorrect photos have been removed. Walking on the old highway, although rock strewn, is flat and easy. Camping there has been closed, but you can still walk down the old roads to the lake shore, and up a steep incline back to the old highway.
