Pretty easy with some very moderate incline, if you loop back on the trail that runs south of the creek you have to go up over another ridge but that's really the only incline of note. Only thing I didn't like were the trail markings, these trails are multi-use and are used by cross country skiers in the winter. There are signs permitting hikers on most of the trails but on our way back on the south trail we ran into signs telling us that the only trail back was for skiers only??? We ran into an older couple that was also very confused. We ended up having to break the rules just to get back. Obviously this isn't an issue in the summer but keep this in mind if you hike...
