Very easy trail to follow to the Green Monster. Except for a short chain/rope section it is a walk with gentle elevation gains. Would recommend spikes especially at the chain/rope section. The ice bridges along this trail are deteriorating and one has already collapsed. An easy one to jump across. We did not make it to the last falls as we did not trust the ice bridge. The falls are spectacular, and we were able to get in behind for the first time.

Lovely weather and lovely day to hike to Green Monster Icefall via Evan-Thomas Creek. It is a really nice hike I don't think it is a hard one to be honest. The chain part can be easily done using crampons/spikes, these are definitely a must! Poles can help but I didn't need at all.

Easy trail and hike, strongly recommended to use ice cleats, lots of beautiful waterfalls on the side and you can go inside in the big green waterfall, gorgeous colours and structures recommend to go in a sunny day on winter
