Sylvan Lake Paintball — Attraction in Alberta

It took a while to get our ducks in a row to book this facility for a company function. Branden was patient and helped us through all the boring stuff like booking, costs and timing.

When we finally arrived there, Branden and his crew were hard at work setting up. The orientation was amazing an thorough and we had a really great time. Lots of fun and no one got hurt.

Yes, the paintballs hurt, but manageable. The facility was great with three different fields to snipe your enemies and companions. The equipment worked great and we had constant help in refills and maintenance.

I have to give this facility a thumbs up and five stars. This was intended as a company team build and in my opinion worked perfectly. Try this out if you are tired of the break out rooms, nothing beats smiling after getting shot in the ribs by...

This is a review of this company's business practices only and not their facilities, as I have never visited their establishment, yet somehow, they found my email address and have begun spamming my inbox. (Yes, they'll be blocked when I'm done reviewing them as their last email requested. I would not ever personally visit an establishment that obviously purchases contact info and then begins solicitation of those purchased addresses. They are claiming a false customer base and using unsuspecting people's information in an attempt to bolster a false following. This is dishonest, and is akin to unsolicited cold calling to collect money for nonexistent charities. Shame on you, Sylvan...

Our group had a lot of fun, the courses were well set up. The only unfortunate part was that we spent the better part of our visit having to pause games because the guns would quit working for various reasons. We were there for three hours but only got roughly an hour of actual play time with all the equipment failures. As this was many of our groups first time doing paintball, I am not sure if this is normal or not. I do also wish that some concession stand/vending machine type of thing was available.
