A myriad of memories were created at this Little Church since I could barely walk. We've brought various family and friends who have come from all over the globe to visit this quaint site. I have always appreciated that the church and its surrounding area are accessible 24/7, 365 days/year. Awe inspiring is that this holy space is always neat and tidy. People are respectful when they visit and you never see vandalism and litter, which creates such a wonderful feeling and leaves a marked impression. I further appreciate the experience of "Peace to All Who Enter" and when you leave, you leave with Grace. A wonderful heritage site - a must visit each and every time we visit Drumheller. Definitely worth a visit to create your own tradition...

In the midst of the dramatic Canadian Badlands lies the Little Church in Drumheller, Alberta, a delightful symbol of tranquility. This tiny church, seating just six, offers a unique and intimate space for contemplation and solitude.

Its simple architecture beautifully complements the vast, rugged landscape, making it a captivating sight for visitors. Despite its size, the Little Church stands out as a serene spot for quiet reflection, open to all who seek a moment of peace.

A visit to the Little Church is a refreshing pause from the busy world, embodying a sense of inclusivity and calm in the heart of the Badlands. It's a must-see for those exploring Drumheller's rich and...

Like the name suggests, a pretty little church, which was made with a dream to seat 10,000 people, 6 at a time! Was worth the visit here. It wasn’t too crowded, so we took a trip up the hill and when we got back we got the church to ourselves! Very calm and soothing location and the church itself is a vibe! Parking is available right next to the church and since it’s just on the side of the highway, no large deviation is required. Nothing much to see here that’ll take over 30 mins, but if you’re driving to Drumheller, it is a must see sight...

Make a stop here if you are going to the Royal Tyrrell Museum. It's worth the extra 5 minutes from the museum. The church is apparently still active today. It's amazing how this place came abouts. I love that they trust people enough to leave the place open. It's just one room with pews on either side. However, I imagined it served its purpose. Parking is in the gravel area nearby. While we didn't explore, I suspect there are walkways and paths to hike in the area. Also, it's across from a golf course so there's something else to do nearby.

The Little Church is a beautiful and peaceful spot tucked away in the heart of Drumheller . It's full of charm and history — you can feel the love and care that’s gone into preserving it over the years. Whether you're stopping by for quiet reflection, to take photos, or just to admire the architecture, it's well worth a visit. A perfect reminder that sometimes the smallest places leave the biggest impression. Highly recommended if you're exploring the area. Free parking for 4-5 cars but you could also park on the side road.
