The Rimrock Spa — Attraction in Alberta

I was just reading the reviews , i dont know why most of people are disappointed with their visit. sorry to hear that :( I visited the web just to write a review i was planning to write for over a year now LOL. we stayed at rimrock resort in January 2018 for our honey moon❤ we booked a 60minute message on our last day. That was my first message, the staff was so nice and i loved it, it was so relaxing, atmosphere in the room was soothing , music was calming . The message itself was great, i felt like she was taking all of my tension out of my body through my hands and feet. she gave a great neck massage and a relaxing head message. she also placed hot towel over my shoulder and the 60 minutes passed so quickly i did not wanted to get up 😂 at last they offered a chilled lemon drink once we were out of the room . At that time i though every message feels like that as it was my first experience, but later when I had a really bad experience at a well known hotel in Niagara falls, I came to realize how great that was and here I am writing the review I do not remember the name of the lady but It was 2nd feb 2018 , around 11 in morning , so whoever you had on duty that day at that time ...... I just wanted to say THANKYOUUUUUU for the great message, i would loved to visit their monthly if lived...

For a first time spa visitor, the experience was great! Me and a girlfriend got massages and facials. The massages were pretty good but if you want a specific gender make sure you specify because they didn't ask on the phone (also would've been nice if they ask how the pressure is during the massage). They also ask if you have any skin concerns for the facial, but even then it felt like a generic facial, the girl didn't concentrate too much on my problem areas. But the facials felt great! And you're permitted to use the pool and hot tub afterwards so bring a swimsuit, the facility is very nice. Waiting room was warm and quaint, very pretty. Change room is okay - it's a large area with one bathroom stall and one shower stall - would be nice to have multiple stalls or rooms inside the change room so more than one person can change at a time. But they have lockers with keys, and complimentary toiletries like shower caps, razors, mouthwash etc. Overall great spa,...

UPDATE the management called me the following week, and were very kind and refunded me for my service. They did what they could to make it better, and I appreciated that. Thank you! I went in for a facial. The facility is so small, and has no privacy. There was 4 of us trying to change, we finally had to leave and take turns one at a time to allow privacy and room to change. There was dirty cups all over the sink, and the laundry was overflowing. All the used robes were piled on the floor, and there were also dirty cups in the lounge that were there when we got there and were still there when we left. My service was poor. My skin was not assessed. My girl asked me what I thought about my skin, and that was it. There was an unpleasant odour in the room as well. Their product is good, the bed was comfortable, but the rest of the experience was poor. For a top rated hotel, that charges high rates for their services, I was very disapointed with...
