Great place to go walking, take family time, or social distance with friends. There are swings, teeder totters, play structures, splash park (not open yet), lots of seating areas, picnic tables, shaded sitting areas, paved walking paths, and trees if you just want to drop a blanket and have an old fashioned picnic. Everyone I have seen there has been great for social distancing, and most kids have been wearing masks on the play structures. If you are playing Pokemon Go, Rideau park has 3 gyms and 8+ Pokestops. Can easily do laps around the park and stock up on free Pokeballs while getting excercise. Bonus, you might even get to see a real rabbit or two.
