I have never been let down by coffee culture… until today! My husband and I stopped in for lunch and we won’t be returning. I had a caramel frozen ccino and a Caesar wrap, and my husband had an iced tea with a BLT and a bowl of chicken soup. Where to start… my “frozen” ccino wasn’t frozen at all, but I can deal with that. What I can’t deal with is the RAW chicken in my wrap, not to mention the rotten lettuce. My husband’s iced tea was all ice and no tea, after 2 sips it was more than half gone. For $50 I would expect my chicken to be cooked at the very least. I’m sorry, but that just isn’t acceptable. And to top it all off, the service was terrible. Usually when you order you get a number so the staff knows where to go, not today. The girl taking our order was very unprofessional and we had to repeat our order 3 times before she was able to punch it in. Then when our food was coming out, the guy bringing it didn’t know where to go so he just stood there for a full minute before he asked someone where to go.
