Shelter Bay Marina — Attraction in British Columbia

This will be our second year in the marina and Jenni (so sorry if my spelling is wrong) is the reason we're back. She understood my desire for a larger slip with easy access for personal reasons and she worked her magic to make it happen. Every time we're at the marina, she's out making her rounds and she takes the time to come and say hi and make sure everything is going well. I am a frequent customer here for 7 years but have been increasingly frustrated by a persistent issue at your fuel station. My fuel cap is repeatedly dropped into the lake during refueling. This has happened multiple times, and it’s unacceptable that no steps have been taken to address it. It’s not fair I have to keep ordering fuel caps from California costing me $150 each time.
