We stopped here while travelling along the Cabot Trail coming from the east side and wanted to learn more about the history of the area. The museum isn’t large but they have modern and well curated exhibits with good descriptions and explanations for the various artefacts they have. There’s even a small wooden chunk from the titanic in the back behind glass. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and we had a nice conversation.
