I find it much better than the more popular Champlain lookout, because there's usually more place to park and it's at a slightly higher level than the Champlain lookout, so better for taking pictures. Also, unless you're walking the trail down from Champlain, this one's a much better bet because the boundary wall at Champlain is broken and not yet fixed at the time of writing this review (mid-Oct 2019), so there's an ugly fence obstructing the view.
